Catalogue of art resources Gallery-A.Ru – free service, intended to collect art-related WWW-resources and to organize rating of these resources. All the resources participating in Gallery-A.Ru catalogue must observe the following rules:

1. One Gallery-A.Ru catalogue's counter can be placed in any amount of pages of one resource, including the resource's "mirrors". It is obligatory to place the counter at the page indicated in the Reciprocal link field.
2. It is allowed to register only one counter for one resource.
3. It is forbidden to place a counter from one resource to the other resource's pages, as well as at the pages, which are loading automatically during the visit of other source (pop up-windows, frames, iframes e t. c.).
4. The resources containing materials, which are against Russian Federation’s law or are disturbing generally accepted moral rules could not participate in our rating.
5. The counter could be placed on WWW-servers only. The counter could not be included into the email messages.
6. The counter (or Gallery-A.Ru catalogue's logo) should be shown at all the resource's pages, where it was placed. It is forbidden to place the counter at the invisible for user pages (invisible frame or iframe)
7. Max size of  resource's banner that showing in catalogue (Banner URL field) is 468x60.
8. The issued HTML-code must be inserted into the page without any modifications.
9. It is forbidden to register any sources containing pornography or slang (not acceptable lexicon).
10. Moderator will check up all the changes in site description during 5 working days. The catalogue's administration keeps the right to move the resource to another category, which better fits it upon the administration's opinion or remove it.
11. Privacy policy: The catalogue's administration is not sharing any confidential information about catalogue's participant, received during registration with the other persons; the information will be used just for notification the participants about any changes in catalogue and technical support.

When those rules will be infringed the Gallery-A.Ru catalogue's administration is allowed to remove the resource from rating or change it's description without any notification and coordination with the resource's owner.
